Office Manager

Salary Scale F25-30  £24,438 - £28,584 (FTE £24,999 - £29,241)

Term time plus three weeks

Hours: 8.00am - 4.00pm  (37.5 hours per week)

Start Date:  as soon as possible

 

We are seeking to appoint an Office Manager to run our busy school office and to support the Deputy Headteacher.  You will be an efficient, organised and experienced administrator with the ability to maintain accurate student records. This role also involves line management of the office admin staff so experience of managing people would be desirable.  You will need to hold a First Aid certificate or be willing to undertake training.

You should be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to all stakeholders.  A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an office environment is essential.  Experience of working in a school in a support role and knowledge of and ability to produce basic reports from SIMS or other database would be desirable.

Coombe Boys’ is a popular and highly successful non-selective 11 – 18 school that is federated with its partner girls’ school to comprise the Coombe Academy Trust, based in New Malden, Surrey.  Coombe Boys’ has approximately 800 students on roll, including a mixed sixth form.
