The aim of our computing curriculum is to develop confident digital citizens who understand the power of their digital world. To provide accessible, challenging and engaging projects that empower students and promotes the productive use of ICT. We want students to feel able to ‘tinker’ with technology, to understand how it works and how to make it work for them. All students will have the opportunity to write their own programs, produce their own Apps and create quality digital products. By learning the fundamentals of Computing we want our students to have an understanding of how the technology they are now so familiar with actually works and what goes into creating the software that runs on digital devices and how they actually communicate.
