This week we are highlighting #BOTW fiction to support mental health.⠀ ⠀ KS3 When I See Blue by @lilybaileyuk is an inspiring story about a boy called Ben with OCD, and how friendship and bravery gives you the strength to overcome anything. ⠀ ⠀ KS4 Louder than Hunger by @mrschureads is a moving account of teenager Jake's battle with depression and anorexia. Whilst this is a heavy read, the innovative use of text and font makes a difficult topic easier to read.⠀ ⠀ #CBSLibrary #CoombeBoysRead!
With GCSEs now underway we would like to wish all our Year 11 students the very best of luck.
